The UCSD RELINK Health Fellowship is an intensive skill-building curriculum that is implemented in the context of a supportive learning community.

Clients who choose to participate in the Health Fellowship will:

  • Participate in 19 Individualized Health Coaching sessions (offered over the course of 6-months)
  • Earn certificates upon completion of each session and a diploma at the end of the program

The Curriculum includes:
  • Goal-Setting, Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking  and Realistic Self Talk
  • Physical Health (e.g., Nutrition, Substance use/abuse, Physical Activity)
  • Emotional Wellbeing (e.g., Mindfulness, Stress-Relief Strategies, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance)

Our Health Coaches are licensed therapists trained in motivational interviewing techniques, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care and are dedicated to work with justice-involved populations.
