Live in one of the 21 states where AT&T provides wire line home Internet service; and at least one of the Access from AT&T Internet speed tiers is available at the address. California residents also are eligible if: 1. At least one member of the household receives SSI benefits 2. At least one of the Access from AT&T Internet speed tiers is available at the address.
